Broker/Owner
Keith was raised in a real estate family and joined the Windermere office in Woodinville shortly after graduating from Western Washington University. He worked for several years as a broker but left in 2007 to attend law school at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
Upon graduating from law school, Keith immediately moved back home, rejoined the Windermere Woodinville office and opened a small law practice focused on real estate and estate planning matters.
In 2013 he purchased the Windermere office in Lake Chelan, the Woodinville office in 2014, and in 2015, Keith partnered with Peter Hickey, the owner of the Totem Lake and Lake Forest Park offices to purchase the Monroe office.
Keith and Peter have also partnered in a vacation rental management company in Chelan where Windermere represents over 150 properties for short-term/vacation rentals.
Keith is very active in the Windermere community and his unique experience from both the legal, sales, and property management all combine to provide a unique skillset that benefits both the brokers he manages and the clients they serve
Family and Recreation
Keith and his wife Katie have three boys and a girl. Most of their time is devoted to their children but they still maintain an active, outdoor based lifestyle.
